Why integrated communication still matters in a fragmented world
Fragmentation is an argument for a stronger centre, not a weaker one.
More channels is often read as a reason to make more, smaller decisions. In practice it is the opposite — the more places an idea has to appear, the more it has to be one idea.
Integration is not putting the same asset everywhere. It is holding a thought steady while its expression changes.
