The best campaign doesn't begin with a headline
The line everyone remembers is usually the last thing that got written.
There is a version of this job where you open a document and start writing headlines. It is the fastest way to look productive and the slowest way to arrive anywhere.
A campaign begins earlier — with a business problem someone is trying to solve, an audience who has not asked to hear from you, and a context that will decide whether any of it lands. The headline is where that thinking surfaces. It is not where it starts.
